SWIM WARM UP

Before a game/practice you always want to warm up before shooting on the goal a good warm up for the field players is about a 300 swim then 10, 50's on a 1:00 so theres lots of time to rest, after that you do 8-10 25 sprints on :30 sec.


WARM UP WITH BALLS

Warm up with balls-
Field players- get a regular weight and sized ball and pass about 3 yards a part with your strong hand after about 5 minutes change to your weak hand. then match up into groups of three and pass cross face for 5 minutes. then your ready to shoot

SHOOTING WARM UP

Shooting-
Now your ready to shoot on the goal make one line on the half line. With two people on the 4 meters on the posts. The 1st person in line passes to one of the people on the posts they pass it to the other peson and then back to the origonal person then they shoot, they then rotate in order of where the ball went etc. Then you can do the driving drill. Your hole set goes to set and the rest of the team lines up at half agin they pass thier ball into set and drive to the left or the right the hole man gives them a pass of the drivers choise then they take a shot. SIMPLE!
